Group Housing

All group room blocks must be secured directly through the Breast Cancer Symposium Registration and Housing Center. Group Leaders interested in booking a block of hotel rooms should complete the Group Housing Request Form and fax it to the Housing Center.

Confirmation of the room block will be sent to the Group Leader, along with an invoice for the entire cost of the rooms in the block.   An invoice for 100% of the room and tax will be submitted to the group leader and must be paid in full by the payment due date listed on the invoice.  All payments for group room blocks are non-refundable.

   If a group chooses not to use the official Housing Center to secure hotel rooms, an additional charge will be applied to each registrant.  Please view the Group Housing Policies for additional information.
